After dropping out of university in 2020, I launched my first company — Social by Alexa, a Social Media Marketing Agency and scaled to over six figures in just two years. I had a team, worked with celebrity clients and household names.
5 years later, I shifted from Marketing agency owner, to Strategic Advisory Firm CEO after finding such a passion for mentoring, advising and coaching. My focus lies there now. I've built a multi six figure strategic advisory firm that helps female founders lead powerfully, earn abundantly, and scale confidently. My work blends deep business strategy with clarity-led leadership, and i'm an advocate for women having it all - a business they love, and a life they're obsessed with.
I often share my story online and on podcasts and at events and I also host international retreats for female founders.

What's your refund policy?
Because of the high-touch, intimate nature of this program and the immediate access to resources, calls, and support, all sales are final. This is an investment in your business, and I’m committed to supporting you to get the most from it. I recommend only enrolling if you’re ready to show up fully and take action — the results come from both of us doing the work.
Is the retreat optional?
The retreat is a core part of the program experience - it’s where we step out of the day to day, reset, and do the deep strategic work together in person. While attendance is optional, I highly recommend joining us.
